Illustrator, comic artist, & painter, based in Bellefonte, PA.

Seth Young is a life long lover of comics and the art medium itself. Ever since he was 4 years old Seth knew that he wanted to work in the field of comics and illustration.

Seth is a 2012 graduate from Edinboro University with a Bachelors degree in Applied Media Arts focusing on animation.

He was chosen in 2007 to attend the Governor's School of Excellence in Art.

Seth has taught the course Comic Creation for Penn State University's Arts and Crafts Center. He has also taught at McCann School of Art and Hameau Farm Artist Retreat as an artist mentor and drawing/sketching artist. Seth is also the artist on the comic Pilora with writer William Clemons. He also has worked with Dire Corgi Games doing paintings and character art.

In October 2020 Seth was one of the featured artists at the Bellefonte Art Museum with his display focused on Digital Illustration. Seth’s art was also show at the State College Hub Gallery.

In 2023 Seth was featured in Town and Gown magazine as well as in the website CanvasRebel.

Seth has volunteered his time and talent by teaching Comic Creation at Schlow Library, Art Alliance, and Bellefonte Art Museum.

Seth enjoys drawing character portraits live and has participated at the State College Arts Festival for the past 3 years as well as for the Bellefonte Library ComicCon and SciFi Valley Con.
